The competitions began in the "Said" area along the road to Al-Ain International Airport. The marathon featured nine categories encompassing various age groups and training levels, with the route stretching 80 kilometers. A separate race over 27 kilometers was also organized for participants under 15 years old.

Ahmed Al-Marzuqi, a member of the Abu Dhabi Cycling Management Council, noted that "Takhdi Hafit Riyadh" exceeded expectations even before its first competition due to the ambitious vision and support of Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, representative of the government in the Al-Ain region. He also added that the success of the marathon, its excellent organization, and broad interest in it serve as a source of pride and respect.

Al-Marzuqi also expressed respect for the choice of the marathon route, which added a new qualitative element, highlighting the importance of continuing the development of events after the successful attraction of professional cyclists and well-known sports teams. It is also known that the volleyball competitions took place in three key zones: Al-Vakhn, Al-Amara, and in the center of the city, where 12 teams competed for a place in the Super League, which started with the match scheduled for tomorrow. At this moment, among the qualified teams are: Merial, Kuah, and Al-Amara. Tonight there will be a jiu-jitsu tournament, and a start has also been scheduled for running events on the green square, where the spirit of competition thrives and competitive energy flows.
